  1. These are wonderful, thanks for reposting. I also like part three. Andrew banging on the bottom side of the highway bridge… pure Neubauten sound. Driving up Hauptstraße while talking about the acustical properties of the Wasserturm… 😀

Can’t watch video No 2 though because “this video is unfortunately not available since it might contain music for which the necessary rights have not been granted by GEMA”. 😦

Anyway, I can still watch videos No 1 and 3, and I love them. 😀

  2. It is fabulous that this documentary is conducted in English and that it includes all the band members. I enjoyed Part 2 & 3 most of all. There are lovely moments where they are recording Ich Gehe Jetzt and Selbsportrait mit Kater. In part 3 you get a lot more of Andrew. Great to see the inside of his workshop and all the materials he uses to make percussion instruments (like gun lockers). Then a field trip around Berlin under the highway bridge and the water tower.

    1. Oh I remember this. And yes, Andrew is a genius and I love his instruments and inventions and somebody needs to make a comic book about a mad scientist/inventor/musician that looks suspiciously like him. =D
